Since the grid voltage and frequency used in some countries are different from our domestic grid voltage, when customers consult our products:

1. First understand which country the customer purchases the product for, which equipment it is used for, and the requirements for input and output voltage and frequency.

2. Understand whether the technical indicators of our conventional machine (input and output voltage: 220V/380V, frequency: 50HZ) meet the customer's requirements. If not, ask the customer to provide their technical parameter requirements. (Generally, the main difference between non-standard products is: frequency: 50HZ, 60HZ; special requirements for input and output voltage)

3. After the non-standard products are confirmed by our technical department to be able to be produced, reply to the customer's production cycle.

4. The production cycle is 15-20 working days. Try to estimate 20 working days.

5. After the cooperation is finalized, sign the contract, pay a deposit of 30%, our company arranges production, pay the balance of the total contract amount before delivery after production is completed, and arrange delivery when the full payment is received.

Note: Our products (single-phase 220V/three-phase 380V) are divided into 2 products for each power capacity. For example, the power of 1KVA is CWY-1KVA and CWY-Ⅱ-1KVA. The product with type Ⅱ has better quality, so the price is also higher. If the customer's use environment is relatively harsh, or the equipment has relatively high requirements for output voltage, etc., we recommend type Ⅱ. For example, we recommend type Ⅱ for our domestic highways and railway bureaus.
